The reality is that I was walking down the peanut butter aisle when I spotted a little yellow banner on Skippy’s label touting that “as always NO TRANS FAT per serving”. I was absolutely amazed at the balls on Unilever. It’s like they are hiding in plain sight. Blatantly lying on the front of the label, while on the back of the label it’s there in dark blue and light blue… ROASTED PEANUTS,
SUGAR, HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE OILS (COTTONSEED, SOYBEAN AND RAPESEED) TO PREVENT SEPARATION, SALT.
I run home… it was more like a drive but who’s keeping score? So, I run home and I call my friend and registered dietician, Jayson Hunter, author of the Carb Rotation Diet
to make sure I haven’t lost my mind. He tells me that… well watch the video to find out the rest of the story.

Ok Rocco so this is totally girly but nice fireplace!!
I agree the food manufacturers scam us all the time. That just means we have to be smarter then they are! Thanks for taking the time to educate everyone on one area where they are scamming us!

Rocco we could spend hours on this. Did you know that the governing bodies that regulate how food manufacturers can market in tv commercials has even cracked down on Saturday morning tv commercials. They felt that they were manipulating children with unhealthy choices so they had to change their commercials from like 8-11 on Saturday mornings.
Food manufacturers will do everything just within the law to get you to buy more of their products.
