Archive for lose weight quickly

I don’t mean self absorbed, pompous and unreasonable.  Those traits are reserved for spoiled little brats that suck the life out of people.   No…selfish is a bit more reasonable and much healthier for you.  Many of us worry too much about doing for others…making sure the kids get off to school…laundry’s done…groceries bought…reports are out…coffee’s made…you name it you’re doing it for someone else.

It’s time you start doing for yourself, become selfish.  Worry about the things that make you happy and content. Yes you are allowed to be happy. Don’t let anyone tell you that you need to suffer in order to get rewarded because it really doesn’t work that way.  I have suffered enough for the both of us and it didn’t get me anywhere. I believed that if i worked hard and sacrificed that I would be handsomely rewarded for my effort…really the only thing I got was frustration, failed relationships and financial flops.  Now I’m not saying that there shouldn’t be a little sacrifice when attaining certain goals but it shouldn’t consume your life.  Some sacrifice is good it builds character but it needs to benefit YOU not someone else.

I’ve been working on a TV pilot for a couple of months now and one of the participants for the show told me that he really wanted to lose weight this time.  He’s way over 300 lbs.  I explain that to lose the weight that there was going to have to be plenty of sacrifice on both of our parts.  I was willing to come train him everyday for one hour six days a week for 10 weeks. I get paid $250 an hour…do the math that’s a little bit of a sacrifice on my part.  The catch is that I had to drive to his house to train him…another half an hour both ways.  Two hours every time I trained him.  I was willing to do this because I wanted him to see the results that he needed and it was for the benefit of the TV show.

After the first week he lost the estimated eight pounds that I knew he would…awesome.  Losing weight fast isn’t hard it’s just hard work.  We were both very excited because it seemed like he was listening and would reach our goal of losing 30 lbs in thirty days easily.  Boy was I wrong!  The next week he decided it was a good idea to go out partying for the whole weekend and eat like shit…which realy isn’t that bad if you are exercising.  I come to find out that the first week he was able to take off from his second job to shoot most of the TV Pilot but the second week he had to go back to work.  Now he didn’t have the “time” to do the second workout that is required under my Lose 30 in Thirty Program.  The workout is literally 20 minutes long, not a huge sacrifice but an important component in the program. Especially if you want to lose weight fast. His excuse was that since he had to wake up early in the morning if he worked out at night he couldn’t get to sleep because he suffers from exercise induced insomnia. O.K., so what! It’s for 10 weeks and the reward is huge!

Now he’s asking me to put forth an effort of losing $500.00 a day and he can’t get a 20 minute workout done.  I illustrate this point because so many of us do this for other people and all we get is the same frustration and no reward.  I decided that week that there must be other people out there willing to do what needed to be done to escape their prison of fat.  In 10 weeks he would have lost over 60 lbs on my program and he couldn’t get his priorities straight. So I dropped him…like a hot rock.  He’s still fat and I’m $30,000 dollars richer.

Sometimes we have to look at the situation and see if that sacrifice is going to bring us the rewards we seek.  If after the second week it doesn’t look promising then cut your losses and move on.  If within the first two weeks there are red flags then there will be more red flags and eventual abandonment of the situation.  Staying in something just because you think it’s the right thing to do is not only idiotic it is life sucking.  It is your life…do things that will benefit you and when you feel happy and productive in your life than you will be a real benefit to others.

A little side note:  After I canned my TV client I was able to use those prime time hours to help fellow fitness professionals with their business branding and website marketing.  I was helping so many others and still getting a reward for the effort I was putting out.  Totally win-win.

Yesterday’s post was filled with a little venom and a lot of truth.  That is what I’m about…truth.

I’m not only built for telling you the truth about fat, the reasons for fat, and the stupidity that brings us to become fat but I am about helping you find that truth in you.  Very seldom do we take a gaze inside to see what’s really wrong.  We make excuses for how we became fat like… “I’m too busy to workout”, “My husband loves me just the way I am”, “I had 3 kids, I’ll never be the  same size I was when I was twenty”…this is not reality.  It may be a reality with in your own head but it isn’t reality.  If you take the time to look within yourself you will eventually see that you have made your life so busy…so complicated…so crazy… to avoid telling yourself the truth and that truth is based in fear.

Fear rules our world.  Bosses use fear tactics to increase productivity, children use fear tactics for your love, husbands use fear tactics to keep you home and then in your own environment fear runs rampant.  The economy sucks…will I lose my job?  Obama got elected… will he do a good job? Will I make the mortgage this month?  You ask yourself all these questions with panic in your heart but never do you ask how am I today? What have I done for myself today?

The truth is once you look deep inside your brain…not your heart…you will find that you are doing everything for everyone else because you are looking for their approval in some way and you are afraid to not have their approval.  It’s hard to look within and face your truth, believe me I had to many times…even a tough guy like myself had plenty of fears.  I won’t bore you with all of them right now but feel confident in knowing that you are definitely not alone.

Do yourself a favor and step back from your life for a weekend and take a vacation for one.  No spouses…no children…no parents…no friends…no pets…no alcohol…no people that you actually know at all.  Complete solitude.  This itself might scare the shit out of you because your greatest fear may be that you don’t like being in your own skin, but that’s the point. Face your fears, know your fears and create a plan to conquer your fears.  The problem is you can’t do the third one without having done the first two.

I have found that to lose weight fast you only have to face the fears that don’t involve the symptom of fat.  Taking fat out of the equation will give you the freedom to pursue what is really causing you to become fat.  Once you have created a “fear free” environment the fat falls away like the fears that imprisoned you.  Upon completion of your little weekend of solitude you may find yourself facing your greatest fears of… leaving your spouse…quitting your job…taking up volunteer work…being a better parent…caring more for a loved one….

Either way once those fears have been exposed you will now have the power to acheive whatever you set out to do.  If it is losing weight then I promise it will come much easier and with out as much pain as you feared it would.

I was going to make a video of this but it created such an anger inside of me I just had to write it down.  I am not going to cuddle your fat ass as some of my contemporaries do.  I will not be nice to you just because I want you to buy my products.  In this case as in most cases when it comes to fitness or fatness the customer is not always right.  In fact you are usually wrong or you wouldn’t be fat.  That’s the reality.

I have been e-mailed anonymously on more than one occasion about my crude language or the temperament at which I dispense information.  There are many other fitness experts out in the wilderness of the fitness industry that will be more than willing to tell you “that it’s not your fault”, “that you’ll be alright”.  That is not the case here I want you to lose weight fast.  If you don’t like the way I give away my FREE information…than don’t read it!  If you are to complain about how I distribute my fitness information than you are the idiot for reading it.

You don’t have to opt-in and sign up for my… again… FREE information.

Losing weight fast is a hard job no matter what the idiotic TV commercials tell you and it is your fault.  You didn’t just wake up one day and arrive FAT.  Are you willing to consider losing all that fat on your body as a part time job that might at times suck? I live under the assumption that no one has time for the bullshit and the sugar coating of how life is so wonderful and full of cherries and ice cream.  If you live under that rainbow than I’m not the guy you want Captaining your ship…go find Richard Simmons or Denise Austin.  That ain’t me!

My expertise is in extreme, safe weight loss and preparing women for swimsuit competition…and it is competition.  Both of these areas involve complete dedication and determination on the part of the client, customer or participant.  My programs work…bottom line!

I want you to get in the best shape of your life and lose weight fast without all the pettiness of worrying about hurting your feelings.

I get on Fat people because I love my fellow man and want the suffering to stop at the hands of fat but nothing has been done to help change the “FAT ATTITUDE”.  An attitude of complacency, denial and rhetoric.  Fat is not acceptable and endangering a child’s life via childhood obesity is not acceptable. I liken my method’s to that of slapping a 1 year old’s hand when he reaches for the electrical outlet.  Yes, it stings for a moment but it has saved them from death by electrocution.  My approach might sting a bit but it will save you from a life of illness and premature death.

So if you want me to be nicer…I won’t.  If you want me to stop the profanity…I won’t.   If you want to lose weight fast… I will help.  If you believe that I am the devil incarnate then please stop reading my blog and opt out of my e-mail list because I don’t want to talk to you.

Other than that…have a nice day!

I know this is a touchy subject.  Most people think that you shouldn’t discriminate against anyone but when it comes to fat I am not one of them.  Fat is not a race, “handicap”, or gender problem.  It is a self-inflicted problem that you bring on yourself…and it is a selfish infiction at that.  You were not born “Fat” no matter what science is trying to determine.  Our bodies were ment to move and participate in physical work.

If you are not moving then you need to provide that physical exertion somewhere else. I am really getting sick of the fact that there are more and more activist websites going up in regards to fat acceptance.  I’m also waiting for smokers to make a comeback and have activist groups for the acceptance of smoking, another self-inflicted health problem.  If we are baning smokers from everywhere because smoking makes people feel uncomfortable especially on airplanes than why should we have to sit next to Fat People…and be made to feel uncomfortable.  I used to have empathy…now I don’t. It used to be that being so fat that you fall into someone else’s seat was a rarity, now it’s become so commonplace that there is a movement for it to become acceptable.   Not on my watch.

The airlines will have to address this sooner then later and I’m hoping sooner.  There is no reason that I should be made uncomfortable when I have paid the same amount or usually more than someone who takes up two seats.  This is NOT acceptable.

For the record…I don’t hate fat people just like I don’t hate smokers, drug addicts, or alcoholics.  I just hate their behavior.

Watch my video and tell me what you think.  Should fat people be measured before they get on the airplane?

I’m not big on New Years Resolutions.

I don’t know if you can get that from my blog or my e-mails. It’s my guess…you can.

The reason I’m not big on them is because most people go into a resolution half-heartedly and don’t take them seriously.

That’s one of the reasons I don’t like you to join a gym or health club in January.
ntil you are making a habit of fitness and resolve to be consistent with your fitness program I don’t like you spending an money on programs or memberships.

Once you’re committed… can keep on track with little distraction and understand that fitness needs to be integrated into your lifestyle and not just an after thought then I recommend you start paying for it.

If you are having a hard time getting started then just add my 8 minute workout in to your daily routine everyday.  That’s it 8 minutes.  It doesn’t cost you anything…except 8 minutes. Click on The Get It Now button in the right hand corner of this blog.
