Rocco Castellano: The most negative person in the Fitness Biz
Posted by: | CommentsI have to hand it to myself.
I did it again! I pissed off another person who believes that the world should be full of cherries and ice cream and no one should anything in case it hurts someones feelings…boo f@%kin’ hoo!
Here is Shannon Enright-Smith’s ( seslifecoach@yahoo.com ) e-mail to me regarding my post about “When is Oprah Going to Go to Rehab”:
“Please lose my e-mail. There is absolutely NOTHING inspiring about you or your e-mails. You are the MOST negative health and fitness person in this business. I cannot believe that anyone would waste their time reading your articles. I am a personal trainer and life coach – I’m looking to be inspired – not to trash people. How do you REALLY feel about your clients who are overweight? You really should change careers-
Shannon”
Thank you Shannon…I love you too.
I have such an effect on woman.
Political correctness and coddling has done this great country more harm then good. All those fat woman crying with Richard Simmons are still crying because his “inspiration” was nothing but a bunch of tears that lead to nowhere.
A personal trainer/life coach/I’m afraid of the dark/please don’t say bad words they’ll make my ears hurt/rocco you’re a scumbag for calling people out for being fat (oh…they weren’t her words they were mine…oops) needs to realize that we are not on this earth to inspire. That comes from within one’s self. Sorry if you don’t have a clue.
Listen up people…I offend 65% of America just by waking up in the morning. I’m not here to…make nice with the fat people…I am here to light a fire under your fat ass and get you working out. If you don’t like my tone don’t come to my blog.
I’ll take a line from Jack Nicholson in “A Few Good Men”…”you can’t handle the truth! My existence while grotesque and incomprehensible to you…saves lives! You don’t want the truth because in places you don’t talk about at parties…YOU WANT ME ON THIS BLOG…YOU NEED ME ON THIS BLOG!”
No matter what, I call you fat not because I dislike you but because I give a shit about you… more then you actually do!
Now watch the video for a visual of this blog post…don’t worry it’s rated PG.

It’s Not Cool to be Fat…No Really it isn’t!
Posted by: | CommentsAfter about 26 crunches “The Kandee Man” couldn’t believe how much they hurt. Watch how he wallows in his pain and then tries to tell me how he tried to “Make being fat cool”. Let it be known the world over…you are fooling yourself and you are in the great depths of denial if you believe an inkling that being FAT is cool. It is not… and never will be.
Being FAT is a death sentence. Make no mistake you will die 10 years before your time. I don’t know about you but I don’t want to die before my time, especially when I know I can do something healthy about it. It isn’t hard to lose weight fast it’s just hard work

Lost Your Job…Now Lose Some Weight!
Posted by: | CommentsIn this crazy economic downturn, that most of the intelligent people will admit is a recession there have been several million jobs lost. I know this is a touchy subject with most of America and specifically my followers who have lost their job but… snap out of it!
When life gives you lemons (and I know how that is) make some yummy lemonade. if you lost your job, it is the perfect opportunity to start an exercise and weight loss program. I’m not kidding. You can’t complain about how your job keeps you from working out because it’s obvious… you don’t have one!
Now you can use the time to make exercise part of your lifestyle and than when you get a new job it will already be instilled into your lifestyle. See…yummy lemonade!

Fat Friends? Kick them to the Curb…
Posted by: | CommentsOne of the most annoying things that I can think of, is when one of my clients, subscribers or followers tell me that they think their friends are undermining them. I hear this more then I would like to. Fat friends that don’t support you in your weight loss efforts aren’t real friends of yours and need to be dismissed as such.
Any weight loss and exercise program not only takes your determination to want to change your life but it also takes the support of your family, friends and co-workers. In the words of Hillary Clinton…it takes a village. If your friends are not there to support you and they give snide remarks or break your balls about “how thin you are” then you have two choices…slap them in the head (which I would do) or be less violent and “kick them to the curb” and find new friends that share the same goals and aspirations.
