Ab Away Pro!… Some More Fitness Stupidity by Tamilee Webb
Posted by: | CommentsSomeone please give me a screw driver so I can stab my temple and kill my self!!! The Ab Tone It is advertised as tougher than any other piece of shit Ab machine that is being advertised on every late night cable channel… wow, I should really buy this! Maybe… because I am capable of reclining back in a chair… and the eccentric motion is better than doing bicep curls for my abs… what? This pathetic piece of shit is absolutely going to get me in the shape because Tamilee Webb says so… I’m sorry… who is Tamilee Webb, again?
One more way to fleece the American public into separating themselves from there credit card. Hey… stop buying stupid products and realize that you can get a great workout with nothing more than your body weight and 15 -20 minutes.
I’m only showing this video so you can witness the stupidity:
If you are looking for a program that actually works and will help you lose weight fast go to: http://www.lose30inthirty.com
How F@%kin’ Stupid can these people be? Acai Berry Madness.
Posted by: | CommentsNow this really is stupid with a capital “S”. I have blasted in my blog about Acai Berry scams that try to ambush you through Google with a trial offer and then steal you money from your credit card to the tune of usually $180.00. Then you need to cancel your credit card because there is no customer service to tell that you didn’t order that product.
Almost all of the scams have a woman’s name attached to it because they know that woman are gullible enough to believe that a woman would never try to scam desperate vunerable women. The reality is that these scams are created by mostly Russian and Ukrainian mobsters that don’t give a shit and just want your money so they can shell it into an offshore account somewhere never to be heard from again, except when a new magical potion comes to market and Oprah endorses it.
Well, here’s what started this rant. To show you how f@%kin’ stupid these people are they actually commented on my blog…a blog that has warned of the scams…they thought that it was a good idea to comment with a trackback to the very site that I’m telling you about.
I will say it again for the really stupid!!!!!!!! If you see a website with any of the following but really any women’s name and the word weightloss after it and you click on it and give them your credit card YOU are a f@%kin’ IDIOT! Here are the top five hits as I have said before: erinsweightloss, lisasweightloss, beckysweightloss, sallysweightloss, tinasweightloss…do you get the picture????? but if you see edithsweightloss, or gertrudesweightloss or vickysweightloss it’s still a SCAM!
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY!!!! I DO NOT ENDORSE THIS. IT IS AN EXAMPLE OF A COMMENT I RECEIVED FROM THE STUPID SCAM ARTISTS!

Hi, hope this comment comes through I’m still new to this whole blogging thing.
nice post! I discovered your blog while looking for other people’s weight loss experiences. I’ve actually just started blogging about my “http://www.joansweightloss.com” weight loss calculator – I lost over 30 pounds in a month with a diet I developed!
I would appreciate it if you could stop by my “http://www.joansweightloss.com” weight loss blog and let me know what you think.
Warmest wishes,
-Joan
Please do yourself a favor and look at the e-mail that this is coming from and notice the URL…http://joansweightloss.com Do you notice the “Woman’s” name…very good, “Joans”, that would be the woman’s name I was speaking about… and look, the word “weightloss” comes after Joan. So that must mean that this my friends is a scam…do you f@%kin’ get it now.
It’s the Economy Stupid…No F#@kin’ Kidding!
Posted by: | CommentsI’m not big on bringing politics into fitness but this financial calamity is still trying to find its bottom and hope is really all we have at this moment. Really, what is hope without action…it was a rhetorical question but I’ll answer it anyway.
WORDS, that’s all it is only words. I hope we get out of this mess…what are YOU doing about it? I hope the President has a plan…really? Why? Create your own destiny.
It’s the same way with your fitness. Hope and words won’t ever take the fat your carrying around and make it magically disappear. Although the Secret was a number one best seller I still think it was one of the biggest scams ever propagated on a “hopeful” public. I have listened to people say if I just “think” hard enough I can will myself to lose this weight.
Bullshit! and Bullshit again if you didn’t read it the first time. Thinking that you will some how develop willpower that you haven’t been able to muster in the past ten or so years and magically lose 10, 20 or 30 lbs is absolutely insane.
This “false” hope just like most of the “bailout” money that’s going to bonuses and purchases of new banks, is what you’re creating with this new will. Hope in not the answer…action is. Day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute and step by step.
An action based on consistency and dedicating at least 15 – 20 minutes a day is what will get you to your weight loss goals but action without a plan can be dangerous, exactly as the “bailout” of the banks was. Again, false hopes…basing your weight loss goals on a “Lose Weight Quick Scheme” of diet pills, diets and products that make you sh@t oil are not going to get you to your goals.
Get a program from a qualified fitness professional and be consistent with your meal plans and weight loss exercise program. If you need a place to start and want a guarantee then go to: http://Lose30inThirty.com and get started on creating a better quality of life.
