Although I put on one of the greatest fitness branding summits in the world with more information then anyone has ever seen, I also decided to show some of the attendees the way I do Boot Camps. I’m not a big fan of workout stations, a shitload of equipment, or robotic music and tempo  ques, so I put all my fitness pro attendees through an askROCCO Bootcamp…Viva La Moutain Climbers…and negative push ups.

Most people think of me as an asshole…and I where that as a badge of honor because I don’t care for excuses and bullshit, but really why not make it a little easier on your clients. Allow them to only bring …water, a mat and maybe a towel.  The bootcamps that make participants bring their own equipment (like suitcases full of dumbbells, bands, and other stupid shit) create a little bit of a burden on participants and I believe limit the bootcamp owners revenue streams.

So here’s a little bit of what I put my fitness pros through and compared it to a station based program.

Tell me what you think…

When I moved to Albuquerque, NM I knew that it was in the Top 10 Fittest Cities in America and I’m happy to see it in the Top 5 this year.  There really is no place on earth like Albuquerque. The City government really places a lot of emphasis on the ability to be active here.

Every road you travel has a “real” bike path and for the most part drivers cooperate with cyclists.  There are bike routes that can take you anywhere you need to go in the city especially where I live on the Westside. It’s a twenty minute bike ride to Downtown and the scenery is awesome.  Something else that I find is incredible about Albuquerque is there are 320 parks within the city limits.  You don’t have to walk very far to find a place to workout outside.  Bike paths connect many of the parks also, so if you are afraid of the Albuquerque drivers than it’s possible to ride safely around the city on the designated bike paths.

…and I have to tell you there is nothing better in the world than the weather for exercising outdoors.  I have been able to go hiking or rock climbing just about every morning since I’ve moved here.  Many of the locals don’t like me bragging about Albuerque because they say they don’t want anyone else to move here…but I can’t help it.  I have said this before and I’ll keep saying it…”If ever on this planet you could call someplace “God’s Country” Albuerque, NM is the place”.   I want to thank the Mayor Martin J. Chavez and the rest of the City Government…especially the Park’s Department for making and keeping Albuquerque as one of the Top Fitness Cities in America

To Lose Weight Fast go to http://lose30inthirty.com

After about 26 crunches “The Kandee Man” couldn’t believe how much they hurt.  Watch how he wallows in his pain and then tries to tell me how he tried to “Make being fat cool”.  Let it be known the world over…you are fooling yourself and you are in the great depths of denial if you believe an inkling that being FAT is cool. It is not… and never will be.

Being FAT is a death sentence.  Make no mistake you will die 10 years before your time.  I don’t know about you but I don’t  want to die  before my time, especially when I know I can do something healthy about it. It isn’t hard to lose weight fast it’s just hard work

This is part two of the “Playground Workout” that I put local Albuquerque Kiss Morning Show Radio Personality “Kandee Man” through. I wanted to teach him that there is no reason to be fat, and that you have all the equipment you need to take the weight off right at your local playground.

So if you don’t have money for a gym membership or can’t afford expensive fitness equipment than follow along and try my version of “The Playground Workout”. This is after he had a so called “Bad Weekend”.

Hopefully without choking to death on your own breath!

“I don’t have money to join a gym!”  “I can’t afford to pay two thousand dollars for a treadmill, or buy an elliptical or that fancy tread climber from Bowflex!”  I just want to be able to get a full body workout without spending all sorts of crazy cash to do it.

Here’s a little hint. If you can find a children’s playground somewhere close to your house, you can get an incredible workout without spending loads of cash on gym memberships and expensive equipment.

Watch the video and see how I put “The Kandee Man” from Kiss 97.3 through his full body workout.
