Archive for acai berry scams

I have been getting hundreds of e-mails from people across the country and abroad telling me how they got scammed by all these websites that sell the Acai Berry Diet, Diet Cleanse and any combination of the two.

I have seen Google and other internet search engines take action against these Scam Artists, but I have yet to see any State Attorney General or State Government for that fact lift a finger to help protect the very citizens they serve.  Noooooooooooo…all they want to do is take…take…take, by trying to pass legislation to tax sugary beverages or ban gay marriage or let atheists declare a mockery of their State House.  I think it is about time the bureaucrats get off their asses and get to the bottom this.

Why hasn’t an investigation been established?  Millions are being skillfully stolen from people and no congressional hearings?

If you have been scammed by these websites write, call or visit your State Attorney General and make a claim to the FTC at http://ftc.gov and hopefully we can get the idiots that are behind these scams.

Now this really is stupid with a capital “S”.  I have blasted in my blog about Acai Berry scams that try to ambush you through Google with a trial offer and then steal you money from your credit card to the tune of usually $180.00.  Then you need to cancel your credit card because there is no customer service to tell that you didn’t order that product.

Almost all of the scams have a woman’s name attached to it because they know that woman are gullible enough to believe that a woman would never try to scam desperate vunerable women.  The reality is that these scams are created by mostly Russian and Ukrainian mobsters that don’t give a shit and just want your money so they can shell it into an offshore account somewhere never to be heard from again, except when a new magical potion comes to market and Oprah endorses it.

Well, here’s what started this rant.  To show you how f@%kin’ stupid these people are they actually commented on my blog…a blog that has warned of the scams…they thought that it was a good idea to comment with a trackback to the very site that I’m telling you about.

I will say it again for the really stupid!!!!!!!! If you see a website with any of the following but really any women’s name and the word weightloss after it and you click on it and give them your credit card YOU are a f@%kin’ IDIOT!  Here are the top five hits as I have said before:  erinsweightloss, lisasweightloss, beckysweightloss, sallysweightloss, tinasweightloss…do you get the picture????? but if you see edithsweightloss, or gertrudesweightloss or vickysweightloss it’s still a SCAM!

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY!!!! I DO NOT ENDORSE THIS. IT IS AN EXAMPLE OF A COMMENT I RECEIVED FROM THE STUPID SCAM ARTISTS!

Comment:

Hi, hope this comment comes through I’m still new to this whole blogging thing.

nice post! I discovered your blog while looking for other people’s weight loss experiences. I’ve actually just started blogging about my “http://www.joansweightloss.com” weight loss calculator – I lost over 30 pounds in a month with a diet I developed!

I would appreciate it if you could stop by my “http://www.joansweightloss.com” weight loss blog and let me know what you think.

Warmest wishes,

-Joan

Please do yourself a favor and look at the e-mail that this is coming from and notice the URL…http://joansweightloss.com  Do you notice the “Woman’s” name…very good, “Joans”, that would be the woman’s name I was speaking about… and look, the word “weightloss” comes after Joan.  So that must mean that this my friends is a scam…do you f@%kin’ get it now.

Here is a message I received from one of my subscribers. This absolutely pisses me off. All of these scam diets use Google Adwords to drive unsuspecting buyers to their sites and offer them a free trial only to “steal” money from them:

“I just want to make you aware that I clicked on a link from your web site for
acai berry and some type of cleansing free trial. After ordering them they sold my card
number to another company who in turn charged my card with $89.31 with out my
permission. When I read the privacy policy on acai berry web site it says they will
sell your information. Just letting you know so you can take that link off your web site.”

Thank you
Annette

I have decided not to use “Google” ads on my sites anymore because I can’t be associated with this sort of “Scam”. It is my job to expose the scams not perpetuate them.

Here’s a tip: Any website that says “Acai Berry Diet Cleanse” and “I lost 32, 42, 48, or whatever amount of weight” and is a website that’s called either: “beckysweightloss.com”, heathersweightloss.com or lisasweightloss.com, I think you get the picture. If it say’s phrases like that you can bet you will get scammed.

Please do not click on these ads they will steal your money.

Here are some of the websites that are scams:

http://lisaweightloss.com/

http://beckyweightloss.com

http://www.heatherweightloss.com/

They are different blogs but have the same photos on them.  It’s a little ironic…don’t you think.  They will all have the same type of URL and profile.

If you have been taken by one of these websites, please contact me and I will do my best to dismember their business “limb by limb”.
