Most fitness professionals will have you doing a million and one sit ups, crunches or a variation thereof. Screw that!
Actually the muscle that keeps your stomach flat is called the “Tranversus muscle”.
The Tranversus is what sucks your stomach in and keeps it there. So why the hell would you want to do exercises that build the muscles under the stomach and push your stomach out. It’s absolutely ridiculous!
Mountain Climbers….Mountain Climbers and more Mountain Climbers are what will burn more fat fast and make your stomach flat. Mountain Climbers work all the major muscle groups of the body…chest, shoulders, upper back, stomach, hips, thighs, calves…

When I say workable I mean one that fits into your lifestyle…not one that you have to force in like a square peg in a round hole. That my friends only leads to certain failure, frustration and ultimately leaves you still imprisoned in that fat suit you call your body.

The Sandia Mountain Full Body Workout…Part 2

That’s why I have created two parts to this wonderful full body workout that you can take with you to any mountain range you feel yourself visiting. One thing I do want to warn you about when you workout in the mountains…do not wear sweat pants or shorts. I’m still taking cactus thorns out of my ass, legs and feet.
I now wear proper hiking and mountain playing gear. Comeback and visit in the next couple of days and you’ll see some great behind the scenes footage of Registered Dietitian Jayson Hunter helping The Kandee Man create a real, workable meal plan.
