Well if you’ve been living under a rock for the past couple of weeks then you wouldn’t know that I will be in Columbus, OH for The Arnold Classic and Sports Festival.
Every year it is quite a show…and I’m only talking about the Expo! This year I have so many people to meet. I’ve been getting e-mails from tons of people that are going up and wanting to meet up…and I will try to shake as many hands and kiss as many babies as I can in one weekend.
One really exciting thing that I am doing is Celebrity Guest instructing a good friend of mine, Vic Magary’s Boot Camp on Saturday, March 7 at 10am. It’s a Free Boot Camp for everyone going to The Arnold Classic and anyone who lives in the Columbus area.

If you’re at The Arnold or in Columbus on Saturday, March 7…you better be there to get your ass kicked! Don’t forget, it’s at 10 am…that’s right…in the morning.
