It’s obvious to me that stupidity runs rampant both on the set of “The Biggest Loser” and off the set. Now supposed “Top Trainer” Jillian Michaels decides she is going to show us how to swing “her favorite piece of new exercise equipment… the Kettlebell.” (note: The Kettlebell has been around at least since 1704 when it showed up in Russian dictionaries… so much for new.)

I want you to please watch the video all the way through because Jillian Michaels is doing an exercise where she is swinging the Kettlebell and her head all the way through her legs almost kissing her own ass. My good friend The Iron Tamer David Whitley, Senior RKC calls it the “kiss your ass goodbye” Kettlebell Swing.

Doesn’t anyone take responsibility anymore for the bullshit they spew. Some unsuspecting fan of Jillian Michaels will do this ridiculous display of stupidity and wind up hurting parts of their body they didn’t even know they had… and then the “real” Kettlebell instructors suffer.

Are you Kettlebell certified Jillian? I would have to think not… after that display of fitness stupidity. Please leave Kettlebell instruction to the people that actually know what the hell they are doing.

I couldn’t breath at the writing of this blog post because I was laughing so hard at this video. This video is from my Junior Year in High School. I remember Jazzercise as it became very popular in the ’80′s. It’s actually still pretty popular.

I’m really not sure how it survived the insanity displayed in the video below, but it has.  I have to tell you this is awesome because never in my life have I ever heard or have seen someone sing the phrase “boom chukakaluka…boom chukakaluka” in a fitness video…ever!  I just had to put this up because It’s Monday and I know that you need something to get you through the rest of the week…trust me, this will.

Warning: if you have bladder control problems…go put on your Depends…because you may possibly piss your pants anyway.

Without a doubt BJ Gaddour has made a huge impact on the fitness industry and more specifically the bootcamp industry.  His “Workout Muse” Bootcamp Music product has helped many fitness professionals automate and teach better bootcamp classes while getting great results for their clients.

The one thing I really admire about BJ is that he is absolutely commited to the fitness industry and has vowed to help change the way we do fitness…and he has.

BJ has done want most “Trainers” only dream of doing.  He has partnered up with some great friends of mine to help trainers who have bootcamps to market them better and create a viable business model with “Bootcamp Blueprint” recently he has co-branded a live event called “Bootcamp Bootcamp” to allow trainers to learn vital marketing skills in an interactive environment.

I was able to snag BJ Gaddour for an interview at something called Fast track for Fitness Millions.  Watch the video below…it is quite entertaining.

One of my favorite people in the world to interview is someone I call “The King of Fitness” King Hoover, one because, he is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to fitness but more importantly because he is the nicest guy in the fitness industry.

He has a really cool fitness radio show on a Christian Family Radio station on Sirius Satellite Radio that helps promote his ministry for making people feel better and get healthy. If you have ever seen the antithesis of Rocco Castellano this is him.  Check out this interview I did with King at Fast Track for Fitness Millions:

When I sat down with Eric Chessen to discuss why he chose his career and found his passion in helping children and youth on the autism spectrum I was very surprised. If you know anyone who has a family member with autism you realize very quickly that he or she is difficult to deal with. I asked Eric why he chose such an unwilling population. I told him that I thought “fat people” were unwilling but the autism spectrum is unwilling by design.

I am very happy that Eric Chessen has taken this huge task of trying to help parents, educators and children create a better life for each other through exercise. I personally believe it is a daunting task but Eric goes about like he was training an elite athlete and makes it look easy…a sign of a true “authority”. Check out some of his Autism Exercise videos at http://autismfitness.com.

It is my hope that more people find Eric Chessen so there lives can be enhanced by his knowledge and caring for their child/youth on the autism spectrum.
