Mother faces charges for 555lb 14 year old… it’s about time.

No 14 year old unless it’s a 14 year old gorilla, should ever even come within 300 lbs of 500 lbs. You would have to shovel… and I mean with a big shovel, shovel food into this kids mouth from when he was concieved until he is 14.
What was anyone thinking when the kid weighed in at over 300lbs when he was 12? That he might just start sloughing fat off 20lbs at a time. Maybe they thought he was going to take his 14 year old brain and go on some radical exercises and diet program all by himself… have you seen his mother? She doesn’t look like she’s ever passed up a Golden Corral in her life.
As a matter of fact I bet they have their own “labeled” trough at “The Golden Corral”. No one can get that fat with out a lot of encouragement.
I’m not big on the government intervening in our personal lives but this is real child abuse. There is no “medical” condition to blame this on just absolute neglect.

You could do Ab crunches all day… and you could still be getting ripped off!
Memorable phrases like: “He doesn’t drink a six pack… he wears it!”… make me wonder if they have real professional writers scripting this stuff. I want to know if I drink a six pack will REV ABS also get me drunk?
I’m just saying!
In my time as a Fitness Professional I have heard every “made” up phrase or “fitness word” to try to get you to think that an info-mercial fitness product is revolutionary.
Just because there’s some new made up words, it doesn’t necessarily mean that you should go run out and buy this “Rev Abs” program. Some of my favorite made up words are:
1. Ab-centrics.. obviously… because the Abs are a central part of this program. Wow, that’s a stretch!
2. Upper flexion – of what? Torso… chest, back, head or just for the fuck of it!
3. Lower flexion – I’m now starting to piss my pants!
4. … and before I really lose control of my bowels… “DOUBLE FLEXION”. You would have to me the hottest “Personal Trainer” in New York City to come up with that … absolute BULLSHIT!
So is “REV ABS” a “Total Body Workout” ( like every stupid ass program out there) or is it “Ab-centric”… now I’m confused.

Protein Shakes are Toxic!
Posted by: | CommentsI literally almost shit my pants when this report came out. I wanted to release it when the media did but I wanted to do my “own” due diligence.
In many instances there is usually someone or some company with an agenda behind one of these studies… and I refuse to get caught up in that stupidity.
This time it is a “true” report and some of the popular protein drinks and meal replacement drinks do have high levels of toxins than I or any of you would like.
To tell you the truth… I’m a little baffled to why anyone or any company would have let this go unmonitored… to allow their product to be infused with toxins… is beyond my scope of thinking.
As a branding expert, fitness professional and just someone who cares about the public health… I’d probably recommend they make sure there was no toxins in something I sold… but that’s just me.

Kim Kardashian and her idiotic Quick Trim Commercial

I have no words to say to this… OK… I’m wrong I do but I am completely baffled why anyone would even dream of buying this product. When you watch the commercial it shows, Kim “Jimney Cricket” Kardashian as she reveals as much T & A to make you want to vomit or drool (depending where you are with her looks) and then as her breasts are fully in your face… She asks, “How HOT do you Want to be?”.
One thing I know for sure… Quick Trim didn’t make her supposedly “HOT” (my jury is still out… I think she looks like Jimney Cricket) and it definitely didn’t give her those breasts. You make the call… buy or not to buy…

The Ab Tone It is advertised as tougher than any other piece of shit Ab machine that is being advertised on every late night cable channel… wow, I should really buy this! Maybe… because I am capable of reclining back in a chair… and the eccentric motion is better than doing bicep curls for my abs… what? This pathetic piece of shit is absolutely going to get me in the shape because Tamilee Webb says so… I’m sorry… who is Tamilee Webb, again?
One more way to fleece the American public into separating themselves from there credit card. Hey… stop buying stupid products and realize that you can get a great workout with nothing more than your body weight and 15 -20 minutes.
