A Total Body Workout… Really… TRX Suspension Training

It’s not often that some type of fitness equipment comes along and impresses me. TRX definitely has.

I was able to try it out at my client Dale Buchanan’s fitness studio, Supreme Ultimate Fitness in Boca Raton and afterward I was hooked. I used manual resistance as my ability to train anyone, anywhere but TRX has easily brought a new dimension to that theory.

I have seen trainers attach TRX to trees, poles and walls… you could probably figure out other places to fasten it to but that’s up to you.

I have to tell you… I love this product. I use it everyday and have no problem telling you about it. TRX will make your “Fitness Life” much simpler.

David Whitley teaches Rocco the Turkish Get Up Part 2

I wanted to post this months ago but basically life and my business got in the way… with that said, I think it’s time I share this with you… 7 months later.

Now Master RKC, (he was a Senior RKC when this was taped) David Whitley teaches my kettlebell not knowing ass how to properly perform a Turkish Get Up.

When I posted Part 1 of this video I got hammered with e-mails from non-RKC people telling me that there way was better, blah, blah, blah and more fuckin’ blah. In all honesty I would have to tell you I have since seen other so-called kettlebell experts instruct on the Turkish Get Up and it never compares to the “real” expert instruction by Master RKC… David Whitley.

Federal Trade Commision policy for Bloggers and Online Word of Mouth Marketers

For anyone out there that is or wants to market products or services on the internet, this piece of policy will absolutely apply to you. I believe this is long overdue and will help keep the scam artists off the internet for a little while…until they figure out another way to beat the system. It is my opinion that, if your product works the way you say it does than you shouldn’t be worried. Here’s the new guidelines as stated by the FTC.

The revised Guidelines state that:

· The Guidelines apply to Bloggers and online word-of-mouth marketers and require them to disclose any material connection to a company when reviewing the company’s products or services (failure to disclose any payment or receipt of free product from an advertiser or someone acting on their behalf could expose you to liability);

· Both advertisers and endorsers can be liable for false or unsubstantiated claims made in an endorsement (if you were given a product for free or were paid to write a review, then the claims you make about the product must be accurate and substantiated);

· Advertisements containing consumer endorsements, or testimonials, must disclose what results a reasonable consumer could expect from the product and can no longer rely on a disclaimer that “results may vary”;

Old Time Strong Man and Senior RKC Kettlebell Instructor David Whitley Bends Nails…

My good friend and very strong colleague has taken showmanship to the stratosphere when he decided to bend 16 d (or 16 penny nails) for my camera. He also asked for a phone book and ripped a “U” shape in the middle of it. (which happens to be the hardest way to rip a phonebook).

Not only is David a very strong guy he also has a message to how bending things can help create better belief systems with in you. Now I’m not saying you should go around bending everything in sight to believe in yourself but it sure does help your self esteem when you know you are strong enough to do so.
