A Canadian TV reporter wanted to know what all the hype was about concerning this new miracle cure-all juice from a company called FreeLife and it’s founder Dr. Earl Mindell.

This video of the report in pretty hard hitting.  It shows the cult like following and scenario that Dr. Earl Mindell has spun to create a huge band of merry followers.  The really fun part about the report is the study that Mindell touts is totally bogus and Wendy, the reporter goes to Hackensack, NJ to find the actual doctor that puplished the study and comes to find out that the study is totally taken out of context.

Scams are scams and as long as you can brainwash enough peole into thinking that there are health benefits as wellas profits to be made promoting those benefits, you will keep seeing the likes of Acai Berry scams, Noni Juice scams, Goji Juice and a host of others.

Click on the image below to watch the video. It is very enlightening.

When I sat down with Eric Chessen to discuss why he chose his career and found his passion in helping children and youth on the autism spectrum I was very surprised. If you know anyone who has a family member with autism you realize very quickly that he or she is difficult to deal with. I asked Eric why he chose such an unwilling population. I told him that I thought “fat people” were unwilling but the autism spectrum is unwilling by design.

I am very happy that Eric Chessen has taken this huge task of trying to help parents, educators and children create a better life for each other through exercise. I personally believe it is a daunting task but Eric goes about like he was training an elite athlete and makes it look easy…a sign of a true “authority”. Check out some of his Autism Exercise videos at http://autismfitness.com.

It is my hope that more people find Eric Chessen so there lives can be enhanced by his knowledge and caring for their child/youth on the autism spectrum.

Check out the video of my interview with Eric at Fast Track to Fitness Millions.

When my partner and professional power lifter AJ Roberts told me he was creating a FREE video that talks about the mistakes that most people when trying to increase their bench press…I was ecstatic.

AJ came over here from London to pursue his career as a professional powerlifter, and pursue he did…crushing personal bests like they were peanut shells on the floor, AJ soon became one of the top bench presser’s in the world.

I sat down with him not too long ago at the IYCA (International Youth Conditioning Asssociation) Summit and had an awesome interview Click here to see it.  If you’re having trouble with your bench press or just want to add more pounds on to it then do yourself a favor and check out AJ’s FREE Video that reveals the Biggest Mistakes made that keep holding you back.

Pat Rigsby and Carlo Alvarez

Without a doubt the best strength coach in the nation has got to be Carlo Alvarez.  I know everyone who is “High Intensity Training” will freak out and say what about Dr. Ken Liestner, or Matt Brzycki, or Randy Berning, or Ken Mannie and of course Mickey Marrotti… and then I would tell you to shut the f@#k up because although each one of those people are great in their own right , Carlo Alvarez is the culmination of all that talent, knowledge and respect for the iron game all in one.

He is a man that has ultimately paid his dues and can show you the battle scars to prove it.

What I love about Carlo is that he is the most grounded person I have come across…he has a job to do and he does it. He takes the responsibility of shaping the bodies, minds and lives of young men very seriously. If it is taking St. Xavier to the championships or helping a young football player get the scholarship he so desperately needs to better his life potential…Carlo is there to see him follow through.

Although we came up through the same ranks and Carlo is 10 years younger than me, I have great respect for him, his accomplishments and what the future will bring this “Noted Authority in Strength and Conditioning”…although I believe him to be the “Best Strength Coach in America”.

Check out the video interview I did with Carlo below:
