sincere-hogan-weddingThis just in… from the better late then never News Room.  One of my favorite fitness professionals Sincere Hogan got hitched to his lovely bride ———– on Sunday, February 15…the day after Valentine’s Day…awwwwww…how friggin’ sweet.

It was funny because I hadn’t heard from my friend Sincere in a while, actually since I was on his “No Gym No Problem” Radio Show about a month back.  So I call him up on a routine, “hey, how the hell are you?” call and Sincere tells me how slammed he’s been and…by the way, I got married yesterday.  I was like…wwwhat?

So I just wanted everyone who knows me to know Sincere Hogan and if you are anywhere near Houston, TX please visit one of his Boot Camps, you can check out his website at: http://sincerehogan.com

…and his Radio Show at http://nogymnoproblemradio.com/

Congratulations…and may your first child be…a masculine child…

My travel schedule is going to be absolutely crazy for the next three months. My first stop is Louisville, KY for the IYCA International Summit. The IYCA, (International Youth Conditioning Association) headed up by my good friends, Brian Grasso, Pat Rigsby and Nick Berry will have an All-Star cast of speakers at the Historic Brown Hotel to mark this first Annual International Summit.

If you have even the slightest interest in coaching kids then you need to be at this Summit. Not only will some of the best conditioning and skills coaches going to be there to teach cutting edge training…you will also be able to see me…isn’t that worth the price of admission alone? O.K., seriously, if you aren’t going to make it this year, figure out how to make it next year…I’m not kidding!

…and then two weeks later I’ll be in Columbus, OH to be part of the largest fitness and sports festival in the United States…the Arnold Classic. Last year I had the honor to be a presenter at the Women’s Figure and Fitness Show and it was a blast. I’m not sure what role I’ll play this year if any but I know it will be a blast. If you’re going, comment on this blog or send me an e-mail and hopefully we can meet up.

…and now for the video portion of my blog…

Choose a Fitness and Weight Loss program you can live with …don’t try to live with the program.  What does that mean?

Try to fit your lifestyle into the program you are beginning and you will have greater potential for success.  I see too many people try to fit their lives into a Fitness and/or Weight Loss Program and more often then not it becomes to overwhelming.  Many so-called quick weight loss programs have you cooking and eating foods you have never heard of let alone have ever eaten.  Now I’m all for expanding your horizons but I don’t advise doing it on a new weight loss program.  Also, make your workouts easy to do or get to.  It wouldn’t be wise to join a gym that is on the other side of your universe.  Get a program you can do at home or outside near your home and you will find it’s easy to not find too many excuses.

It is always better to find a program that is flexible and will fit into your lifestyle.  It doesn’t make sense to change everything you do to try to lose weight and then once the weight is lost, you go back to the same routine that got you fat in the first place.

Take a gander at my latest video to help you choose a program you can live with.

I don’t think there are two people in the fitness industry who have made a greater impact then Pat and Holly Rigsby.  Some may think I’m blowing smoke up their asses because they’re friends of mine but it’s the truth.

Pat Rigsby came from humble beginnings and with determination and a genuine caring for other people’s needs has literally …with his partner, Nick Berry, changed the face of fitness and the fitness professional.  He has given fitness pros the tools to accept the challenges to achieve their dreams both monetarily and mentally.  He has changed unfocused serial entrepreneurs into profitable revenue generating juggernauts by creating the very systems they seek.

Pat doesn’t take all the credit because he knows how to hand pick like minded individuals to carry forward the message that, “All Fitness Professionals with guidance can attain Six and Seven Figure incomes”…and he’s proving it everyday…just take a look at his successes and client list.

And one of those successes is his own wife and significant part of this First family, Holly.  Holly Rigsby has turned her own “MILF” like status into a goal for all busy moms.  She’s been able to electrify a community of once doomed to “frumpiness” moms and shown them that it is possible to have children, a job, a husband…and still be “F@#kin’” Hot!

She has been able to create a legion of “MILF” wanna-be’s and have given them a name…”Fit Yummy Mummies”, obviously after her unbelievably popular, Fit Yummy Mummy program and community.  All of this while letting us in on the growth and happiness of her son Tyler.  Her genuine nature breathes of freshness and vulnerability that almost anyone, men and women alike can relate to and it has become her strength.

This is my tribute to honor two people who I have come to respect and who have given an industry that I had turned my back on years ago a new dimension and a viable future.  Thank you Pat and Holly for all you’ve done.

I have been getting hundreds of e-mails from people across the country and abroad telling me how they got scammed by all these websites that sell the Acai Berry Diet, Diet Cleanse and any combination of the two.

I have seen Google and other internet search engines take action against these Scam Artists, but I have yet to see any State Attorney General or State Government for that fact lift a finger to help protect the very citizens they serve.  Noooooooooooo…all they want to do is take…take…take, by trying to pass legislation to tax sugary beverages or ban gay marriage or let atheists declare a mockery of their State House.  I think it is about time the bureaucrats get off their asses and get to the bottom this.

Why hasn’t an investigation been established?  Millions are being skillfully stolen from people and no congressional hearings?

If you have been scammed by these websites write, call or visit your State Attorney General and make a claim to the FTC at http://ftc.gov and hopefully we can get the idiots that are behind these scams.
