Fitness Professionals get your shit together…you’re embarrassing yourselves
Posted by: | CommentsLet it be known that if stupidity rears it’s ugly head I will be the one to chop it off. Well there’s been a phenomenon going on that is basically stupidity on steroids.
My contemporaries…if I may even call them that, have been doing the fitness enthusiast and fitness consumer a huge disservice without even realizing the consequences of their stupidity.
Most of the time up and coming fitness professionals believe they have everything figured out and that their product or workout program is the end all be all to everyone they encounter’s fitness dilemmas. Well let me clue you in Ein…Fuckin’…Stein…that’s not the case!
Not everyone can do your program and there are plenty of people out there that can benefit from other fitness professional’s programs.
Is a busy mom who needs to lose 15 pounds going to benefit from my “Lose 30 in Thirty” Fitness Program? Maybe…but I can tell you that she would be…waaaaaaaaaaay better off going to Holly Rigsby’s Fit Yummy Mummy site then using my program.
Why you ask? Well, I’ll tell you…because I don’t know how it feels to be a busy mom and I really don’t care to know. Does that make me an asshole? Yea, maybe… but my expertise is in extreme fat loss and pageant fitness. That’s what drives me…what drives Holly is her passion to get moms just like her the body they always wanted. Why am I harping on this subject, because most fitness professionals don’t realize that their program only fits a certain percentage of the population and to be a “real” fitness professional you need to know that other programs may be better suited for your clients and customers.

Political correctness and coddling has done this great country more harm then good. All those fat woman crying with Richard Simmons are still crying because his “inspiration” was nothing but a bunch of tears that lead to nowhere.
A personal trainer/life coach/I’m afraid of the dark/please don’t say bad words they’ll make my ears hurt/rocco you’re a scumbag for calling people out for being fat (oh…they weren’t her words they were mine…oops) needs to realize that we are not on this earth to inspire. That comes from within one’s self. Sorry if you don’t have a clue.
Listen up people…I offend 65% of America just by waking up in the morning. I’m not here to…make nice with the fat people…I am here to light a fire under your fat ass and get you working out. If you don’t like my tone don’t come to my blog.

When is Oprah Going to Check into Rehab?
Posted by: | CommentsNews reports of Oprah telling us that she is well over 200lbs basically rolls of her fans backs now. It’s the same roller coaster she been ever since she hit the talk show scene. It’s becoming a little monotonous don’t you think?
How is it possible that one of the richest women in the world can’t seem to get her shit together.
I’m still in awe that Bob Greene would keep her as a client…oh, that’s right…she made him a millionaire. A funny thing, she obviously hasn’t listened to a word he said…or he’s been bullshitting the legions of Oprah fans out there. Either way, Oprah really needs to do something about her dysfunctional relationship with food.

I have blasted in my blog about Acai Berry scams that try to ambush you through Google with a trial offer and then steal you money from your credit card to the tune of usually $180.00. Then you need to cancel your credit card because there is no customer service to tell that you didn’t order that product.
Almost all of the scams have a woman’s name attached to it because they know that woman are gullible enough to believe that a woman would never try to scam desperate vunerable women. The reality is that these scams are created by mostly Russian and Ukrainian mobsters that don’t give a shit and just want your money so they can shell it into an offshore account somewhere never to be heard from again, except when a new magical potion comes to market and Oprah endorses it.
Well, here’s what started this rant. To show you how f@%kin’ stupid these people are they actually commented on my blog…a blog that has warned of the scams…they thought that it was a good idea to comment with a trackback to the very site that I’m telling you about.
I will say it again for the really stupid!!!!!!!! If you see a website with any of the following but really any women’s name and the word weightloss after it and you click on it and give them your credit card YOU are a f@%kin’ IDIOT! Here are the top five hits as I have said before: erinsweightloss, lisasweightloss, beckysweightloss, sallysweightloss, tinasweightloss…do you get the picture????? but if you see edithsweightloss, or gertrudesweightloss or vickysweightloss it’s still a SCAM!

Please do yourself a favor and look at the e-mail that this is coming from and notice the URL…http://joansweightloss.com Do you notice the “Woman’s” name…very good, “Joans”, that would be the woman’s name I was speaking about… and look, the word “weightloss” comes after Joan. Want to cure obesity?…Tax fat people not beverages!
Posted by: | CommentsThe stupidity of NY politicians never ceases to amaze me. I have read about 15 articles today about this so-called “soda tax” and I have to tell you the NY Governor has risen to unmeasurable heights of stupidity.
Taxing sugary foods will do absolutely nothing to curb the obesity problem in NY. What it will do is put a strain on an already fragile economy that has hit local grocery and convenience stores. Say what you want about how High fructose Corn Syrup has been the cause of obesity but you’re placing blame and punishment on the wrong people. Beverage companies have every right to make their product and we as an intelligent or semi-intelligent people have every right not to drink their products.
Taxing the products will not cure obesity…ever. Did banning trans-fats in restaurant food cure it or make people healthier? No.
The really stupid people and some of them are supposedly dietitians who point to what the smoking ban has done, and I ask what has it done? Is lung cancer eradicated in NYC and other cities banning smoking. No not really. Is Cancer still one of the top three diseases we die from…of course it is.
let’s realize this tax for what it is and save the rhetoric for some other bullshit! This tax is being created because it’s easier to go after beverage companies than fat people. If New York wants to curb the obesity problem start doing something you don’t hav ethe balls to do…tax fat people.
