I apologize for not keeping up with my posts but I have been under the gun. I am right smack in the middle of a big move, both physically and financially. I have teamed up with three of the greatest fitness business minds that I can ever dream to have on my team. Pat Rigsby, Jim Labadie and Nick Berry. All three of them helped me refocus my business model and create outstanding fitness products both for personal trainers and fitness enthusiasts.

I have two products that are launching just around the corner. One of them is geared towards fitness professionals to help you make more money with a new tool in your fitness toolbox, it’s called: The Ultimate Consultation System and I have my “Lose 30 in Thirty” Fitness Program launching in mid August. This is the fitness system that will turn the fitness industry on it’s head. I give you all the tools to help you drop as much fat as you can. The program pushes you to the edge and then asks you for 5 more. I am so excited about it and I know you will be also.

The official launch of The Ultimate Consultation System is on Tuesday, July 29 but I’m giving you a sneak peek at it this weekend.

See you in Albuquerque, NM.

I clown around with Meg Gavin on Local 12 WKRC-TV Cincinnati’s "The DISH". Meg helps me prepare and cook my famous Lemon Pepper Chicken. A recipe that I use when I’m trying to cut my calories and still get good food in my system.

While I was shooting some video for my upcoming fitness product, Lose 30 in Thirty, based on the program I created for MTV’s MADE, my little Pomeranian, Maggie decided she wanted a shot at stardom. While we were editing the videos we caught this and couldn’t resist the temptation to have fun. Please enjoy this. I know I did.

It may say “Lean” on the label but “Lean Pockets” are not really the healthy alternative to it’s cousin “Hot Pockets” that they want you to believe. Can I say, “TRAAAANS FAT POOOOCKETS”

Ore Ida may be the company that says that they are “All Righta” but the reality is that they lie also about there “Trans Fat” content on the label. I wish that companies would just tell the truth. I don’t know too many people that will stop eating them because they think there’s no trans fats in them. It is probably wise to stay away from them because of the saturated fat content, but why lie?
